Green screen reflection

Greens screens are a really cool effect.A green screen is when you stand in front of a green back drop and record in it and after that you edit and take away the green and add any background you want to make it more realistic.The most important considerations when filming with a green screen is make sure you cant see anything else but the green screen in the back ground you also have to make sure there isint any wrinles on it , and the most important one is DONT WEAR GREEN IN A GREEN SCREEN ! youll look like a floating head.the problems that can occur during a green screen elimination is when you try to eliminate it you can even easase a piece of you you have to try and get the right shade of green to eliminate.I personally like premeir pro it is waaay easier , after effects is a bit confusing and hard, that is my opinion.My final thoughts of the green screen project were that i didint think their would have been this much work just for a green screen picture :D

Cyberbullying Final Video

I belive my video came out great!what i am most proud of from my video is EVERYTHING! but what really satisfied me is the pictures we got.The comments that were helpful in improving our video were we had to adjust the volume, and the title questions were a little too fast, both those comments helped us improve our video.The changes we had were the ones our viewers requested we adjusted the volume so you can hear, and we made the titles more viewable.The changes we would make if we had a day or two would be nothing really it all came together perfect, its a one of s kind!if i had to do the project all over again would be more interviews and add more sad clips to make it more dramatic.What i discoverd about crafting videos is it is not all that easy, it takes time just to make a 2 minute video, although it is quite fun making it it is a long process.My final thoughts about this video is it turned out great thanks to my amazing group with all their brains into making this video great , what i mostly hate is that i hardly helped them , by that i mean i didint really get to edit that much, but i did help them in some ways i still feel happy :)

Template overlay

This is a good example of a Template title Wich means the title is in the video as a caption while the video is playing. You can use this kind of title when you want to put someones name ect.

Opening Title

This is an example of an opening title, which means the title shows at the begining of the video.You can use this kind of title when you want to name the video, to show what its called, most t.v shows do this alot.

Overlay Title

This is an example of an overlay title, which means the title is in the clip as it is playing.You can use this kind of edit when you want to put some sort of caption to show the viewerwhat is happening or something, like mine says "she likes horses"

Extracting

A simple cut in the timeline means to take out a certain clip from the timeline. When you cut, the other clips in the timeline, they go away from the video.

A ripple edit is when you delete a clip from a video and move the other videos over it. You do this by clicking on the clip you want to delete, and select riple delete and the other clips move to the side. When you ripple delete, the other clips to the right of the deleted clip move in the spot where the deleted clip was at.

Lifting and extracting are two ways to cut clips at one time. To do this, go to the program panel and pick the part of the video you want to lift and click lift. Lifting is like deleting a part of the video clip, while extracting is like inserting the video, in terms of what happens to the other clips in the timeline.

This is an example of an extracting edit.  I decided to extract the two clips where I did because it went pretty good with the video.

Overlay edit

This is an example of an overlay edit. A overlay edit places a clip over another clip. to do this , you put the clip on top of the other clip.I put the second clip where it is because it made the video look better.

About the product

I think my final product came out pretty good, it could have been a little better but it doesent matter for this project, this one is only to know how to edit.The skills i have learned from this product is how to end and start the clips perfectly im really good at it though i could be better, i also learned how to make a good sign in the begining.What i liked about this project is it came out good and clean, it was also fun to choose what clips you wanted, ive never had this experience to make a video like this.What i would love to work on is learning how to not start to ealy or late, and to end it good like with a smile.What i would like to learn next is how to make real videos like acting/entertainment type of things those are my favorite.Over all i liked this project better than the first.

The Process

The process went well although i did not have a partner, it was still a good experience alone , i think it was better beacause i learned all by my self with no help wich made me feel confident i can do it alone , i also helped others as if they were my partners. What best helped me is some of the notes Dr.achterman posted on the class blog and my knowlege to figure out some things. Finaly the challenges i faced/learned were to know how to make a good clip , and figure out how to use some tools on the premier pro .

Overall from this project i like the way Dr.Achterman is showing us in baby steps , to know how to do the little things first, then to bigger things.And the critique Dr.A gave me really did help, I really enjoyed this project :) 

My Partners Teledramatic Arts Project

The Final Project turned out to be quite fun and a bit difficult , although i did not use my own project due to short time so instead i used my partners project beacause i did help alot. The skills i have discovered is im good at editing videos . What i enjoyed about this project is you get to make it on youre own edit it the way you want it . What i would like to learn next and work on is how to use the special effects i enjoy that the most.

The Process
I helped my partner Angel Monge know how to edit the video and when to stop it at the right time , so due to me not having enough time to finish my own project i worked on Angel's project as if it were my own. What best helped me was the guide page that Dr. Achterman put up on his blog and my own brains too . The challenges i faced were to know how to use all the tools , they congused me , i didint know how to use it , but i got the hang of it.  Over all i learned many things about editing videos , it was a fun activity

Wet Cement

The message of this video is patience , how the man is patient on making a new cement block while the kid is not patient and really looks like he wants to walk thru already.The actions that communicate to the message is the little boy crosses thru without patience to wait for the cement to dry while the man is patient awaiting to let it dry. The elements the Filmmaker included were the facial expression of the man and the positions there in that shows alot .
